The proposals include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, including 35% affordable housing to help meet local housing need and support people looking to live in the area.
The proposals would also provide new areas of public open space, habitat creation and tree planting, alongside high-quality, energy-efficient homes.
Barratt Homes believes the site can be considered Grey Belt land and is putting it forward for development to help meet the need for new homes in Bradford.
