Access to the proposed development would be from High Fernley Road.
Barratt Homes believes the site is suitable for consideration as Grey Belt land. The proposals would make use of the site to deliver much-needed new homes, including affordable housing, while providing new areas of landscaping, habitat creation and public open space.
